Central Plains Equipment is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team in Garden City, Kansas. What You’ll Do

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
  • Identify customer equipment needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Present, demonstrate, and sell agricultural equipment and related products
  • Manage sales pipeline, prepare quotes, and follow up to close sales
  • Stay informed on product updates, industry trends, and competitive offerings
  • Collaborate with service, parts, and other departments to ensure excellent customer experience
  • Participate in community, marketing, and promotional events to generate leads and grow territory sales

What We’re Looking For

  • Agricultural background or equipment sales experience preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
  • Ability to work independently and manage territory effectively
  • Strong computer and technology skills
  • Customer-first attitude with commitment to quality service
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license with insurable driving status
  • Must pass pre-employment drug screening
  • Professional attitude and commitment to teamwork and integrity
