Key Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced maintenance, repairs, and reconditioning on a variety of farm equipment
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and complete complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and precision ag system repairs
• Independently analyze equipment issues and determine effective repair solutions
• Support and mentor junior technicians as needed, sharing technical knowledge and best practices
• Follow service schedules while managing workflow efficiently and accurately
• Document work performed in detailed reports and work orders with a high level of accuracy
• Use advanced diagnostic tools, electronic parts catalogs, and technical resources to support repairs
• Collaborate with other departments and team members to provide a seamless customer experience
• Promote our team values through positive, respectful interactions

What You Bring to the Team:

• 5+ years of experience in maintenance and repair of agricultural or heavy equipment

• Advanced knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and precision ag systems

• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently

• Effective communication, time management, and organizational skills

• A team-oriented mindset and commitment to delivering exceptional service

Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds unaided and stand for extended periods
• Comfortable working around equipment, fluids, and varying environmental smells
• Safety-minded and compliant with all workplace safety regulations
